This product is fantastic. Both in function and purpose, its a win-win situation. Do not hesitate to buy. I know this is long but please read if you are thinking about buying this product. (Dont think, press buy). The piece itself is THICC. The neck is so thick that you arent going to find a keck clip to fit, but you also won't need it. The downstem can be jiggled or twisted to where it securely stays in place while the slide removes easily. The downstem I received is a slit type and puts off very small bubbles. I can make the tube so thick with smoke that it looks milky, and the rip goes down smooth. The graphics on the bong are of good quality and have not come off, chipped, faded, or flaked after a half dozen cleanings with Randy's Black Label, 99% alcohol, and hot water. Now, onto the fact that a service person receives one of these when we purchase one.... for me its a "no Brainer". My father served in 'Nam and my Grandfather in WW2 (Midway). I didnt serve, but it doesnt mean i don't love my country and appreciate the sacrifice of all service persons. It makes me feel good to know that a service person is out there ripping a slide from an awesome (free) piece, better yet its due to my purchase. I hope the person enjoys it for a lifetime. I bought this piece over a slightly cheaper Nucleus 12" heavy beaker bong because of the promotion, and I have zero regrets in doing so. Let me also mention the piece came with a swag pack that contained a cool patch, a couple Mav stickers, a thank you note, and a blue raspberry Airhead candy. How Mav knew blue raspberry was my favorite, idk. To be safe I ordered an extra downstem. Just in case I happen to break this one. Sure, other downstems of the same length will work, but this one works phenomenaly. Mav customer support was a tremendous help thruout the process and I couldn't have asked for better or faster service. One person even went above and beyond to research an answer to one of my questions. I cant thank Mav enough for everything.... the piece, the customer service, and above all else the promotion that puts a free water pipe in a service persons hands. This is not a paid endorsement.
