Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic US orders over $99 USD.

Security Note: Any order over $200 will require a signature upon delivery to prevent fraud or theft and to protect your purchase.

At the moment, we ship to the United States, Canada, and approximately 30 other countries. If your destination is currently unavailable at checkout, please contact us at sales@getmav.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Privacy: All packages are shipped in unmarked brown or USPS boxes. Packages may include “Fragile” stickers for safe handling and will include a return address.

How long does shipping take?

We appreciate your support and strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

  • Processing: Since some items are made to order, it may take up to 8 days to have your item ready to ship. Every item is inspected and labeled before packing.
  • Transit: Orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Once with the carrier, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on location and carrier schedules.

Once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. You may contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request delivery changes.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@getmav.com.

Returns & Replacement Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below. Important: We cannot accept returns on any item that has been used. If you believe you may need to return a piece, contact us before use.

Broken or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email support@getmav.com within 3 days. Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged item next to the original packaging
  • The shipping label clearly visible in the photo

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or store credit. If you accidentally broke your piece yourself, contact us for a special one-time replacement discount.

Safety Note: Please dispose of broken glass carefully. We are not liable for harm caused by broken glass products.

Missing Items or Packages

  • Missing Components: Check all packaging thoroughly. You have 3 days to report a missing item via email. Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement.
  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must file a claim with the carrier or a police report for stolen mail. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Defective Items

You have 7 days to report a functional defect. Defects include cracks, leaks, poorly fitting joints, or blocked airflow. Photos or videos may be required.

Note: Minor aesthetic variations or dimensional differences are common in glass products and may not qualify as defects.

Buyer’s Remorse

For returns due to buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping. You may choose:

  • Store Credit: Full item value
  • Refund: Subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping fees
