Returns
Our policy lasts 24 hours. You have 24 hours once the package is received to report any missing, and/or damaged item(s). All sales are final and will only be eligible for an exchange if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to support@getmav.com to report any issue you have with the product. Please be posted for a reply from support@getmav.com for instructions to complete the exchange process.
Shipping
To exchange your product, you should first email support@getmav.com for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
